Refund & Returns

As a customer of OptimizFX you must adhere to this return policy if you intend to pursue a refund. Please understand that there is a learning curve with algorithmic trading software, which varies depending on your trading experience.

Refunds

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The refund request must be submitted within the first 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive for online purchases.

Email [email protected] with your original order email and reason for return.

Please provide screenshots or images of your setup and how you used the Expert Advisor.

Non-Refundable Orders

There are no refunds for the following types of orders:

  • Additional licences
  • Ultimate packages (5-licence tier)

Additional licences should only be purchased once you are satisfied with your original purchase.

Exchanges

In some cases, if you are beyond the 14-day window, we may offer alternative resolutions such as access to community resources or other support. Please email us to discuss your situation.
